Ordering

All pricing is in US Dollars: Orders can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Be sure to include your card number, expiration date, and the cardholder's name.

Returns/Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from totstoychest.com. If any item does not satisfy you, you may return the merchandise within 14 days from date of delivery with prior Return Authorization number.

Please email us for a Return Authorization number for all unwanted items.

  Defective items:

We must be notified of the defect within 5 days of the product delivery, otherwise the return policy is voided.

Defective products returned to us in original packaging with be either replaced or repaired.

Backorders/Out of Stock

We do our best to avoid backorders. They're costly for us, and annoying for our customers. 

If a backorder does occur, our customer service department will contact you and advise you of expected delivery date. 

The RA number will need to printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.

Returns must be in the original box and condition and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a note stating the problem.
